RolePark is web-based recruiting and HR software for teams and agencies, with nine interface languages. At its core is hiring: jobs, candidates, interviews and a shared job board, with a separate portal where candidates follow their applications. People records with workforce analytics are HR modules: open from the first day of the trial month, and then included in paid ATS at no extra cost.

Who RolePark is for
Teams that want jobs, candidates, decisions and next steps in one workspace. Recruiters manage the process, hiring managers work with their assigned vacancies, and interviewers work with their assigned interviews.
A new company gets a month of the full ATS straight away: pipelines, interviews, imports and analytics. After that you can stay on Free with public vacancies and applications, or continue with paid seats.
What you can do
The workspace keeps hiring context together as work moves between team members. Available actions depend on the user’s role and the company’s ATS access.
- Create vacancies, save drafts and publish them on a company career page.
- Receive applications and CVs through the vacancy form; manage candidate records and hiring pipelines.
- See people from your own database who might fit a vacancy, with the reason: which required skills they have and which are missing. The model runs on RolePark’s servers; candidate data is not sent to an AI provider.
- Schedule interviews, add participants, collect structured scorecards and review process history.
- Work with tasks, team chats, files and reports.
- Opt into Telegram notifications and submit feedback from inside the application.
Free access and the one-calendar-month ATS trial
Free has no time limit: public vacancies, your own incoming applications and basic notifications. Each workspace includes 1 recruiter seat (a recruiter or recruiting lead) and 500 MB of storage, with up to 3 published vacancies; administrators, HR, hiring managers and interviewers are free and don’t take a seat.
The one-time ATS trial lasts one calendar month and starts right after a new company registers — no payment card and no sales call. A company registered earlier can start it with the button in the workspace’s Free panel or in “Your plan” in company settings.
After the trial, public jobs and incoming applications remain available. Existing candidates and vacancies can still be viewed and the company data exported; analytics, reports, hiring costs and new ATS actions need continued access. Contact the RolePark team to agree on continued access — ATS costs $30 per paid seat per month or $240 per paid seat per year.
Integrations: calendars, meetings and your systems
Google sign-in and connecting a calendar are separate actions. A recruiter explicitly connects Google Calendar in settings and consents to managing events on their own calendars.
RolePark creates interview events in the connected user’s primary calendar, adds participants and can generate a Google Meet link. Rescheduling or cancelling the interview updates its linked event. Google sends calendar invitations from the corresponding organizer.
Candidates do not need to grant calendar access to sign in to their portal. The Google integration does not grant RolePark access to Gmail message contents.
Calendly is a personal connection too. With Calendly, a recruiter sends a candidate a one-time booking link or books a slot directly; each booking becomes an interview in RolePark, and Calendly events show in the RolePark calendar.
Telegram: staff can link the RolePark bot to get notifications about new applications, interviews and the weekly digest. Messages contain a title and a link, not names or contact details.
Company connections are managed by the company administrator on the Integrations page: public API keys with limited scopes and signed webhooks (plus SCIM for user provisioning), analytics keys for Power BI or Excel, and an employer job feed for importing vacancies. SAML single sign-on (Okta, Azure AD and others) is set up in company settings.
AI agents: Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP clients
A recruiter can connect their own AI assistant — Claude, ChatGPT or another client that supports MCP — and work with RolePark right in the conversation. The agent sees and does exactly what the person can: with their rights, inside their company.
To connect, add a connector with the address https://rolepark.com/api/mcp in your AI app, sign in to RolePark and select Allow. There are no tokens to copy. Connected agents are listed in your Profile, where you can also disconnect them.
In a self-registered company, agents are on from registration (view and changes); in other companies an admin turns them on. The admin can choose off, view only, or view and changes at any time. Every change an agent makes is recorded in the audit log with the app’s name. What a person opens through an agent is processed by that AI provider under the person’s agreement with them. The feature is free on every plan.
- View what you can see yourself: candidates with filters and a boolean or meaning-based CV search, profiles with CV text, notes and history, vacancies and their funnel, pipelines and incoming applications, your interviews, scorecards, tasks and colleagues
- Match candidates from your database to a vacancy by skills, with the reasons
- If your company allows changes: add a candidate with its source, edit profiles and tags, add notes, put a candidate into a vacancy, move a stage, accept or decline an incoming application
- Schedule, reschedule and cancel interviews (the candidate and interviewers get invitation emails and notices) and submit your own scorecard
- Create a vacancy as a draft, edit it, publish it on your career page, pause or close it, and publish it on Djinni. On Work.ua and robota.ua the agent does not publish: it shows the posting’s status, how many publications it would use and a link to the vacancy’s job board panel, and it can update a live posting without using a publication
- Email a candidate from RolePark from a template or with its own text (sent at once, cannot be recalled), create tasks and reminders; a company administrator can also edit the company profile
- The agent cannot delete data, change company settings or AI access, or manage users, roles and billing. Whether it asks you before a change depends on its settings; for emails to candidates and publications, ask it to show the text first and give an explicit “yes”
The candidate experience
Candidates can search public jobs, apply from a phone, save vacancies and view their applications in a separate portal. Interviews, invitations, application-related chats and an optional email job subscription are available.
Joining the public talent pool and allowing search engine indexing are separate opt-in choices. Creating an account or applying for a job does not make a company’s private candidate database public.
People and workforce analytics
The HR side is made of modules, including People. During the trial month they are open together with the full ATS — both when the trial starts as a new company registers and when a company registered earlier starts it with the button. After that the HR modules are included in paid ATS at no extra cost: an admin turns on the ones the company needs in the company settings. If People was already opened for a company separately, it stays open without a subscription too.
Records of people and employments: role, department, location, employment type, start and end dates, reason for leaving, and a change history with effective dates. Org structure covers departments, roles, locations and legal entities; a manager is set explicitly or derived from the department, and structure can be imported.
Turnover is leavers in the selected period divided by the average daily headcount of that same period, times 100. The denominator is an average of daily snapshots rather than the headcount at either edge: in a company that is growing or shrinking, an edge value skews the result. The figure covers the selected period and is not annualised. Next to the metric you can open the formula, what the numerator and denominator include, and the methodology version.
Employee surveys and eNPS: an answer does not carry who gave it — the answers table has no person field, and the application never joins answers to invitations. A slice is shown only from five answers; the smallest visible slices are hidden too until the hidden ones together reach five answers, otherwise the hidden values could be derived by subtraction. eNPS uses the standard scale: 9–10 promoters, 7–8 passives, 0–6 detractors.
Shared job board
Published vacancies appear in the shared search at rolepark.com/jobs — by category, city, work mode and salary. Applying does not require an account.
Company vacancies appear in the shared search right after publishing. The platform keeps an eye on new companies and removes spam from the search; a company career page keeps working by direct link regardless.
Try it with your own workflow
Create a company workspace, complete its profile and prepare one real vacancy with its description, requirements and conditions. Preview the career page, publish the vacancy and share its link.
Invite a colleague: hiring managers and interviewers don’t take a seat. Submit a test application through the candidate journey, check that it arrives, and during the trial month move the candidate through the pipeline and an interview.
Start with one workflow. Check roles, mobile applications and the reports you need before moving all your work.
Data, migration and access
Companies have separate workspaces, with employee access determined by company and role. An invitation to a cross-company chat does not itself grant access to another company’s ATS or candidates.
Candidates can be moved from any ATS or spreadsheet as a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file, and a whole account from a supported full account export of another ATS; import a small sample first and check the fields. Company data can be exported as one archive at any time.
The privacy policy and terms describe personal data processing and user rights. Contact the RolePark team about data questions or your specific workflow.
Questions and feedback
The workspace and candidate portal include a Feedback button to report a problem, attach images and view submitted requests. For onboarding, moving from another system or access terms, use the contact email below.
