In a small team, hiring is often one person’s side job. RolePark lets you publish jobs and collect applications for free, and switch on the full ATS when you need pipelines, interviews and reports.

What a small team gets for free
- A careers page with your logo, cover image and brand colour, and public job posts.

- Incoming applications in your inbox. Candidates apply without creating an account and can follow their application in a candidate portal.
- Your public jobs also appear in the shared search at rolepark.com/jobs right after publishing; your own careers page works by direct link regardless.
- 1 seat for a paid role — a recruiter or recruiting lead — and 500 MB for CVs and attachments. Administrators, including whoever creates the workspace, are free.
When you need the full ATS
The ATS adds a candidate database, hiring pipelines, interviews with scorecards, tasks, email templates, talent pools, and hiring analytics. It costs $30 per paid seat a month or $240 per seat a year.
The one-time trial starts right after a new company registers and lasts one calendar month; no card is needed. A company registered earlier can start it with the button in the Free panel or in “Your plan” in company settings.
After the trial, public jobs and incoming applications keep working within the Free limits, and existing candidates and vacancies can still be viewed and the company data exported. Analytics, reports, hiring costs and new ATS actions need continued access. Payment and continued access are arranged with the RolePark team; online checkout is not available yet.
Who takes a paid seat
Paid seats are for the people who run hiring day to day: recruiters and recruiting leads.
Administrators (including whoever creates the workspace), HR administrators, hiring managers, interviewers and employees do not take a seat. A hiring manager sees only the vacancies assigned to them and their candidates; an interviewer works with their own interviews and scorecards.
How to start
- Create a company workspace and fill in the company profile.
- Prepare one real vacancy — description, requirements and conditions — preview the careers page and publish it.
- Share the link, submit a test application through the candidate journey and check that it arrives.
- Invite a hiring manager or an interviewer to help with decisions.
- During the trial month, move a candidate through the pipeline and an interview to see the whole process.
Tools a small team usually connects
- Google Calendar and Google Meet: interviews go into the organiser’s calendar with a Meet link.
- Telegram: new applications and interview updates, without candidate names in the message.
- AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT, with the person’s own permissions — free on every plan.
- Djinni: publish vacancies on Djinni from RolePark and receive applications in the inbox.

Is the Free plan really free, with no time limit?
Yes. Free is a permanent plan: no card is needed and it does not expire. You pay only if you switch on the ATS, per paid seat.
What happens when we reach 3 published jobs?
On Free, up to 3 jobs can be published at the same time. Close one to publish another, or switch on the ATS for unlimited published jobs. Drafts are not limited.
Can one person use RolePark?
Yes. A founder or a single recruiter can run hiring alone and invite hiring managers and interviewers when needed, without paid seats for them.
Do we need a card for the ATS trial?
