An applicant tracking system for IT companies and product teams

Tech hiring runs through Djinni, DOU and your own careers page, with engineers interviewing between their own work. RolePark brings those applications into one inbox, lets interviewers judge the work rather than the person, and charges only for recruiters.

In short

  • Djinni: publish vacancies from RolePark and get applications back into the inbox with their source. DOU: your RolePark link in the vacancy, applications arrive marked “DOU”.
  • On the stages you choose, interviewers and hiring managers see “Candidate #…” without photo, contacts or CV.
  • Each interviewer submits their own structured scorecard; engineers and hiring managers do not take paid seats.
  • You pay only for recruiters: $30 per paid seat a month or $240 a year. Every new company gets a month of the full ATS without a card.

Djinni, DOU and your careers page in one inbox

Most tech applications come from a few places. RolePark collects them in the vacancy’s inbox, each with its source, so you do not keep separate accounts open.

  • Djinni: with an employer account that has API access, add the Djinni key in RolePark once. Vacancies are then published on Djinni from RolePark, and applications come back into the inbox on the right vacancy.
  • DOU has no API for ATS, so RolePark does not post there for you. You publish on DOU yourself and paste the RolePark application link into the vacancy: the Apply button on DOU opens your form, and the application arrives marked “DOU”.
  • Your careers page with your logo and colours: candidates apply without creating an account.

Interviews about the work, not the person

Mark the stages where the person’s identity should not matter — a test task or a technical interview. On those stages interviewers and hiring managers see “Candidate #…” without photo, contacts or CV, so they judge the work.

Recruiters still see everything they need to run the process, and every such view is written to the access log. Stage anonymisation is part of the ATS.

Scorecards from every interviewer

  • Each interviewer submits their own structured scorecard after the interview, against the vacancy’s criteria.
  • An interviewer sees their own interviews and scorecards; a hiring manager sees the vacancies assigned to them and their candidates.
  • Interviewers and hiring managers do not take paid seats, so the whole technical panel can take part.

Claude and ChatGPT with each person’s own permissions

Connect RolePark to Claude or ChatGPT and ask about candidates, vacancies or interviews in plain language. The assistant works with the permissions of the person who connected it, and changes are written to the audit log. There is no extra charge for this on any plan.

What it costs

Paid seats are for recruiters and recruiting leads: $30 per seat a month or $240 per seat a year. Administrators, HR, hiring managers, interviewers and employees do not take a seat.

Every new company gets one calendar month of the full ATS right after registration, without a card. After that the Free plan keeps your careers page and incoming applications working within its limits. Payment is arranged with the RolePark team; online checkout is not available yet.

How to start

  1. Create a company workspace and publish one real vacancy on your careers page.
  2. Connect Djinni with your API key, and paste the RolePark link into the same vacancy on DOU.
  3. Mark the test-task or technical-interview stage as anonymised.
  4. Invite the engineers who interview and the hiring manager — they do not take paid seats.

Frequently asked questions

Does RolePark post our vacancies on DOU?

No. DOU has no API for ATS, so you publish on DOU yourself. Paste the RolePark application link into the vacancy, and applications arrive in the RolePark inbox marked “DOU”.

What do we need to connect Djinni?

An employer account on Djinni with API access, and the Djinni API key, which you add in RolePark once. If the ATS tab is missing in your Djinni profile, Djinni support can enable API access.

Do engineers who interview take paid seats?

No. Interviewers, hiring managers, administrators and HR are free. Only recruiters and recruiting leads take a paid seat.

Is stage anonymisation available on the Free plan?

No. Anonymisation, scorecards and pipelines are part of the ATS. Every new company gets the full ATS free for one calendar month after registration.
