DOU applications in RolePark

What you need

• An employer account on DOU that you post vacancies from. You post on DOU yourself, at DOU’s prices.
• A vacancy in RolePark published on your career page: active and not internal. A draft, internal or inactive vacancy has no link.

Step 1. Copy the link in RolePark

1. In RolePark open the vacancy → the “Postings” tab.
2. In the “DOU — link for applications” card click “Copy link”. The button then says “Copied”.
3. The link leads to this vacancy’s page with the application form and carries the DOU source mark (utm_source=dou).

Step 2. Paste the link on DOU

1. In the vacancy form on DOU (a new one or while editing), find the field “E-mail або посилання для відгуків” (e-mail or link for applications) at the bottom.
2. Paste the copied link there and save the vacancy.

How to check that it works

1. Open the vacancy on DOU and click “Відгукнутися” (Apply).
2. The vacancy page on RolePark with the application form should open. If an e-mail program or another page opens, check that the DOU field holds exactly the RolePark link, complete and without spaces.
3. You do not need to submit the form to check: a submitted application lands in the Inbox like one from a real candidate.

Where applications appear

• Applications arrive in the vacancy’s “Inbox” tab with the source “DOU”. Accept or decline them as usual.
• The “DOU” source also shows on the candidate card, in the source filter of the candidate list and in the analytics sources report, as a row of its own, separate from the career page.
• If the person is already in your database, their card keeps its earlier source.

Every new vacancy

• Every vacancy has its own link. When you post a new vacancy on DOU, copy the link of that very vacancy from its “Postings” tab.
• If you close the vacancy in RolePark, the page behind the link says the vacancy is inactive and no application can be sent. Take the vacancy off DOU or paste the link of another vacancy.

Other sites without an API

• Other sites where you can set your own link for applications work the same way, for example a LinkedIn job post or a post in a Telegram channel.
• On the “Postings” tab, in the “Other sites without an integration” block, copy the link for the site you need and paste it into the post. Applications arrive in the Inbox labelled “Job post · LinkedIn” or “Job post · Telegram channel”.

What RolePark does and does not do

• RolePark does not sign in to your DOU account, does not read DOU pages and changes nothing there. RolePark only receives applications on its own form.
• The candidate fills in the RolePark form and gives consent to data processing themselves, just as on your career page.
• You post, extend and take down vacancies on DOU yourself, at DOU’s prices.
