WHAT MAKES ROLEPARK DIFFERENT
Three reasons to try it on your next role.
Your ATS in Claude and ChatGPT
Ask your AI assistant to find candidates, move someone to the next stage, create a job or schedule an interview. It acts within your role’s permissions, every change it makes goes to the audit log, and your admin decides what is allowed.
Open a job and see people from your own database who might fit, with the reason: which required skills they have and which are missing. The model runs on RolePark’s servers, so candidate data is not sent to an AI provider.
$30 per paid seat a month, or $240 a year. Only recruiters and recruiting leads take a paid seat; hiring managers, interviewers, HR and administrators are free, so invite the whole team.
Pipeline, interviews, imports, teamwork, automation and analytics — plus HR: employees, time off, documents, reviews and surveys.
1calendar month
Every new company gets one calendar month of full RolePark — the ATS and the HR modules — right after registration, once per company, with no card and no sales call. Afterwards you stay on Free or continue with paid seats, which include the HR modules at no extra cost. On Free, HR access closes, but HR data is not deleted.
After the trial, your public jobs and incoming applications remain available. Existing candidates and vacancies can still be viewed and the company data exported; analytics, reports, hiring costs and new ATS actions need continued access. Contact us to discuss continued ATS access. Contact us

FAQ
A few things you might be wondering.
Is RolePark free?
Every new company starts with one calendar month of full RolePark — the ATS and HR — then stays on Free without a time limit: public vacancies, your incoming applications, 1 recruiter seat (a recruiter or recruiting lead), 3 published jobs and 500 MB of storage. Administrators, HR, hiring managers and interviewers are free: they don’t take a seat.
Do I need a payment card?
No. Registration, the trial month and Free don’t need a card. Continued ATS access is $30 per paid seat per month or $240 per paid seat per year, arranged with the RolePark team.
Can I move from another system?
Yes. Import candidates from any ATS or spreadsheet as a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file, a whole account from a supported export of another ATS, PDF CVs and job-board notification emails. Imports are part of the ATS and work during the trial month. Not sure how to export your data? Write to us and we’ll help you move.
Does it work for one recruiter?
Yes. You can use RolePark on your own, in a company or as a recruiting team. Administrators, recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers have access appropriate to their roles.
Who can see a candidate’s information?
Company candidate records follow company access permissions. A candidate’s profile appears in the public talent pool only when the candidate enables visibility. Telegram and job subscriptions are optional.
How does an AI assistant get access?
In a company that signed up for RolePark by itself, AI agents are on from the start with view and changes; in other companies an administrator turns them on. An administrator can switch them off or allow view only at any time. The assistant works with the rights of the person who connected it, and every change it makes is recorded in the audit log. There are no tokens to copy, and access can be revoked in your profile.
