Which interface languages are available?
The interface supports Ukrainian, English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, Korean, Polish, German and Italian. You can choose a language in the public page header.
How is Free different from ATS?
Free is a permanent plan, not a trial. Publish jobs, receive applications and keep candidates informed — and switch on the full ATS only when your hiring needs it. The ATS costs $30 per recruiter a month, or $240 a year ($20 a month). A company administrator can try it free for one calendar month, without a card.

What is included in Free?
Free has no time limit: public vacancies, your own incoming applications and basic notifications. Each workspace includes 1 administrator/recruiter seat and 500 MB of storage, with up to 3 published vacancies.
Who takes a paid seat?
Only recruiters and administrators. Hiring managers and interviewers work with their own jobs and interviews without a paid seat, so you pay for the people who run hiring, not for everyone who takes part in it.
When does the ATS trial begin?
The one-time ATS trial lasts one calendar month. A company administrator explicitly starts it in company settings. Registration, publishing a vacancy and inviting an employee do not start the trial. No payment card is required to get started.
How much does ATS cost?
After the trial, public jobs and incoming applications remain available. Existing ATS data can be read and exported; new ATS actions require continued access. Contact the RolePark team to agree on continued access — ATS costs $30 per recruiter per month or $240 per recruiter per year.
What happens when the trial or paid period ends?
The company returns to Free. Published jobs within the Free limit and incoming applications keep working, and existing ATS data stays available to view and export. Nothing is deleted.
How do I pay?
Payment is arranged with the RolePark team: write to help@rolepark.com with the number of seats and the period, and we will send an invoice. Access is extended as soon as the payment arrives.
Can I change the number of seats later?
Yes. You choose the seats when you pay for the next period; to change them in the middle of a paid period, contact the team and we will adjust the invoice.
Data, migration and access
Where is company data stored?
Company records are kept in separate workspaces, while files use Google Cloud Storage as described in the privacy policy. The policy does not specify a physical hosting region; contact us if that location is important to your review.
Can we migrate data from another ATS?
Before migrating from another system, check its export format and support for the fields you need. Not every ATS export can be imported without preparation; test a small sample first. RolePark supports company data export.
Can a company be deleted?
A company administrator can export company data. To request company deletion, contact the RolePark team; a platform administrator performs the operation after a verified backup, so it is not a self-service action.
Where can I read about personal data rights?
The privacy policy and terms describe personal data processing and user rights. Contact the RolePark team about data questions or your specific workflow.
How are analytics cookies used?
We use Google Analytics and Google Signals to understand how people use RolePark. These cookies are set only with your consent.
How is employee survey anonymity protected?
Employee surveys and eNPS: an answer does not carry who gave it — the answers table has no person field, and the application never joins answers to invitations. A slice is shown only from five answers; the smallest visible slices are hidden too until the hidden ones together reach five answers, otherwise the hidden values could be derived by subtraction. eNPS uses the standard scale: 9–10 promoters, 7–8 passives, 0–6 detractors.
The candidate experience
What can a candidate do in their portal?
Candidates can search public jobs, apply from a phone, save vacancies and view their applications in a separate portal. Interviews, invitations, application-related chats and an optional email job subscription are available. Joining the public talent pool and allowing search engine indexing are separate opt-in choices. Creating an account or applying for a job does not make a company’s private candidate database public.
How can a candidate delete their data?
In the candidate portal, use the option to delete your account and data. The action removes the account and associated candidate records across company workspaces and signs you out.
Integrations: calendars, meetings and your systems
Is Google sign-in the same as connecting a calendar?
Google sign-in and connecting a calendar are separate actions. A recruiter explicitly connects Google Calendar in settings and consents to managing events on their own calendars.
Can RolePark create Google Meet interviews?
RolePark creates interview events in the connected user’s primary calendar, adds participants and can generate a Google Meet link. Rescheduling or cancelling the interview updates its linked event. Google sends calendar invitations from the corresponding organizer.
Can I connect Calendly now?
Calendly connection is not available in the current product. We will describe its booking flow here after the integration is released.
What do Telegram notifications contain?
Telegram: staff can link the RolePark bot to get notifications about new applications, interviews and the weekly digest. Messages contain a title and a link, not names or contact details.
Can we use API, webhooks, SCIM and SAML?
Company connections are managed by the company administrator on the Integrations page: public API keys with limited scopes and signed webhooks (plus SCIM for user provisioning), analytics keys for Power BI or Excel, and an employer job feed for importing vacancies. SAML single sign-on (Okta, Azure AD and others) is set up in company settings.
Does RolePark read my Gmail?
Candidates do not need to grant calendar access to sign in to their portal. The Google integration does not grant RolePark access to Gmail message contents.
