When you need the full ATS
The ATS costs $30 per recruiter a month, or $240 a year ($20 a month). A company administrator can try it free for one calendar month, without a card.

One recruiter or founder publishes jobs on a careers page, collects applications in one place instead of a shared inbox, and keeps candidates informed through their own cabinet. Hiring managers and interviewers join at no cost, so the people who decide on a hire see the same candidates.
When to switch on the ATS
The ATS starts to save time once you run several jobs at the same time, move candidates through a pipeline, schedule interviews with scorecards, or want hiring analytics. A company administrator can try it for one calendar month without a card. If you go back to Free, existing ATS data stays available to view and export.

Is Free really free, with no time limit?
Yes. Free is a permanent plan: no card is needed and it does not expire. You pay only if you switch on the ATS for recruiter seats.
What happens when I need a fourth job?
On Free, up to 3 jobs can be published at the same time. Close one to publish another, or switch on the ATS for unlimited jobs.
What happens to my data after the ATS trial?
Existing ATS data stays available for viewing and export. Published jobs and incoming applications keep working within the Free limits.
