RolePark Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between the service operator named in section 9 (“RolePark”, “we”) and everyone who uses the RolePark service at https://rolepark.com: employer companies (“Customers”), their staff and invited users, and candidates. By creating a company, accepting an invitation or signing in to RolePark you accept these terms. They include the Acceptable Use Policy (https://rolepark.com/acceptable-use) and, for Customers, the Data Processing Agreement (https://rolepark.com/dpa).
1. The service
RolePark provides tools for managing vacancies, candidate applications, interviews and hiring analytics, careers pages and a public job board, a candidate cabinet and a public talent pool, and optional HR modules for employee records. The service is provided “as is” with reasonable efforts towards availability and security; we may change, add or remove features, and we will inform customers in advance of changes that materially reduce what a paid plan includes.
2. Accounts
- A person who creates a company in RolePark confirms that they are authorised to act for that company and accepts these terms and the Data Processing Agreement on its behalf. The company’s administrators invite other users and manage their roles; companies may also use single sign-on (SAML) and user provisioning (SCIM).
- Each user keeps their own login details, API keys and AI-assistant connections confidential and is responsible for actions taken with them. The Customer is responsible for the actions of its users.
- Candidates sign in to the cabinet with a Google account or with a one-time link sent to their email; the cabinet shows the applications and other candidate records that companies using RolePark hold for that verified email address.
- The service is not intended for people under 16.
3. Plans, trial and payment
- The current plans, limits and prices are published at https://rolepark.com/pricing. The Free plan is free of charge. After self-registration, a company automatically receives one calendar month of full RolePark — the ATS and the HR modules — without a card; the trial is granted once. The HR modules are available with an ATS subscription at no extra cost: a company administrator turns on the ones needed in the settings; without an ATS subscription they close after the trial, and the data is not deleted.
- Paid access is bought for a chosen number of recruiter seats for a month or a year. Payment is made by invoice agreed with the RolePark team or, where available, online by card through LiqPay. There is no automatic renewal: each period is paid separately.
- When paid access ends, the company’s existing data remains available for viewing and export, and published vacancies and incoming applications remain available within the Free plan limits.
- Requests about payments and refunds: help@rolepark.com. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer protection law gives you.
4. Data and privacy
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy (https://rolepark.com/privacy). The Customer is responsible for the lawfulness of processing the data of its candidates and employees; RolePark processes it on the Customer’s behalf under the Data Processing Agreement (https://rolepark.com/dpa). The Customer owns its data and can export it at any time.
5. Public talent pool
- A candidate decides whether to publish their profile and can hide it at any time.
- A company inviting a candidate from the pool receives their contacts only after the candidate agrees and undertakes to use them solely for communication about employment.
6. Content and acceptable use
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter into the service and keep the rights to their content; they give RolePark the permission needed to store, process and show it in order to provide the service. Using the service must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy (https://rolepark.com/acceptable-use). If it is breached, we may remove content, limit features or suspend an account as described there.
7. Liability
RolePark is not a party to the employment relationship between companies and candidates and does not guarantee a hiring outcome. The service’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
8. Changes and termination
We may change these terms; the version and effective date are shown at the top of this page, and we will inform users in advance of material changes. A user may stop using the service at any time; a candidate can delete their cabinet account in the cabinet, and a company can export its data and ask for its account to be deleted at help@rolepark.com (see https://rolepark.com/data-retention).
