RolePark Acceptable Use Policy
This policy is part of the RolePark Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses RolePark: companies, their staff, people they invite and candidates. It exists to protect candidates, other companies and the service itself.
1. Lawful and fair recruiting
- Publish only real vacancies that you are actually hiring for, with truthful information about the employer, the role and the working conditions.
- Do not discriminate against candidates on grounds prohibited by the law that applies to you (for example sex, age, disability, ethnicity, religion or family status), and do not ask for such information unless the law requires it.
- Do not charge candidates for applying, for interviews or for being hired, and do not use vacancies to sell training, products or services to candidates.
- Do not publish vacancies that involve illegal work, pyramid schemes, adult services, or recruitment for armed groups prohibited by law.
2. Candidate and employee data
- Add a person to RolePark only if you have a lawful basis to process their data, for example their application, their consent or a legitimate interest that you have assessed and documented.
- When you import candidates or add them from other sources, record the source and be ready to tell the person where their data came from (GDPR Article 14 and similar laws).
- Do not upload special categories of data (health, biometric data, criminal records, political or religious views) unless the law clearly allows it and it is necessary for the role.
- Use contacts revealed through the talent pool, referrals or reference checks only for the hiring purpose for which they were shared.
- Respect a candidate's withdrawal of consent and requests to delete data: RolePark stops automated emails after withdrawal, but your own follow-up outside RolePark is your responsibility.
3. Messages and email
- Do not send spam, mass unsolicited messages, or messages that pretend to come from someone else.
- Emails sent through RolePark (invitations, interview letters, sequences) must relate to a real hiring process and must not contain misleading content, malware or links to phishing pages.
- Do not use RolePark to collect passwords, payment card data or other credentials from candidates.
4. Access and security
- Keep your login credentials, API keys and AI-assistant connections to yourself; each person uses their own account.
- Do not try to access data of another company, bypass permissions or rate limits, probe for vulnerabilities, or overload the service. If you find a vulnerability, report it to help@rolepark.com and do not use it.
- Do not scrape the service, the public job board or candidate profiles with automated tools, except through the official API, feeds and connectors within their limits. Search engines and AI crawlers may index public pages according to robots.txt.
- Do not reverse-engineer, copy or resell the service, and do not use it to build a competing product.
5. Content
- Do not upload content that is illegal, infringes someone's intellectual property or privacy, is defamatory, or incites hatred or violence.
- Do not upload malware or files intended to harm other users.
6. AI assistants and integrations
When you connect an AI assistant (MCP connector), an API key, a webhook or another integration, you remain responsible for what it does on your behalf. Review changes an assistant proposes before confirming them, and do not use AI to make fully automated decisions that significantly affect candidates without the human review required by law.
7. Reporting and enforcement
Anyone can report a vacancy with the report form on the vacancy page (the code you receive lets you follow the report at https://rolepark.com/report), and any other abuse by email to help@rolepark.com.
If we reasonably believe this policy is being breached, we may remove the content, limit features (for example email sending or job publication), suspend a user or a company account, and notify the affected people or authorities where the law requires it. Where possible we will warn you first and explain what to fix; you can reply to the same email to contest the decision.
