RolePark MCP server tools

The assistant picks tools by itself based on your request. Here are all 49 tools of the RolePark MCP server, grouped by task, under the names the server gives them. Tools that change data are listed separately; whether Claude or ChatGPT asks you to confirm them first depends on the assistant’s settings; those that notify people or cannot be undone are marked.

Candidates and your talent database

Lists candidates with filters and a boolean CV search (AND, OR, NOT, quoted phrases), finds people by the meaning of a description or similar to another candidate, and opens a profile, its timeline and team notes. It reads the text extracted from a CV, not the file itself, and only if you can open that CV in RolePark; every read is recorded in the company’s sensitive data access log. With changes allowed, it adds a candidate with the source of the data (if one with the same email, phone or LinkedIn exists, nothing new is created), edits profile fields and tags and adds private or team notes. None of this contacts the candidate or attaches a CV file.

Applications and hiring pipelines

Shows who is at which stage, an application with its stage history, screening answers and cover letter, incoming applications from the career page and job boards that wait for review, and candidates from your database who match a vacancy, with reasons. With changes allowed, it puts a candidate into a vacancy, accepts or declines an incoming application (neither emails the candidate) and moves candidates between stages as the company’s stage-order rule allows. Moving to offer, hired or rejected emails the vacancy’s recruiter and hiring manager (except the person who made the move and anyone who turned these notifications off), so the assistant should confirm with you first. The candidate is emailed only if interviews are cancelled together with the move.

Interviews and scorecards

Lists your interviews and shows interview scorecards as your role allows. With changes allowed, it schedules an interview for an application: a time with a time zone, duration, type, interviewers (you by default) and an optional https meeting link. If someone is busy at that time, nothing is created and the conflicts are returned; otherwise the candidate and interviewers get the usual invitations. The application may move forward to the interview’s stage as the company’s stage-order rule allows: under the default rule only when that stage is the next one; otherwise the stage does not change. Rescheduling or cancelling an interview that has not started yet notifies the candidate and interviewers. After an interview it can submit your own scorecard; the candidate does not see it.

Vacancies and job boards

Opens vacancies and their funnel: conversion between stages, days in each stage and where candidates come from. With changes allowed, it creates a vacancy as an unpublished draft and edits its fields; on a published vacancy the career page shows the change at once. Changing the status publishes a vacancy on your career page within your plan’s limit, pauses it or closes it; closing also closes its open applications, and candidates are emailed only if you ask. On job boards your company has connected: on Djinni the assistant publishes the vacancy (the board may moderate it); on the paid boards Work.ua and robota.ua it does not publish — it shows the posting’s status, how many publications from your package it would use and how many are left, and links to the vacancy’s job board panel in RolePark, where you publish it yourself. A posting that is already live there it can update without using a publication. Pausing or closing the vacancy, or making it internal, takes it down from paid boards; to bring it back, a person publishes it again in RolePark.

Emails to candidates

Lists your company’s email templates. With changes allowed, it emails one candidate straight away from RolePark, from a template or with its own subject and text, as the Write action on the candidate card does; replies go to your email. A sent email cannot be recalled and counts toward the company’s daily email limit. Available to admins and recruiters.

Your work, search and team

Shows which RolePark user and company the assistant works for and whether it may make changes, searches candidates, vacancies and tasks, lists your colleagues with their roles and shows your tasks. With changes allowed, it creates a task or reminder for you or a colleague, optionally linked to a candidate, vacancy or application.

Your AI memory

Reads the AI memory you keep in My notebook in RolePark: your preferences, email style, hiring managers’ rules, so it does not start from scratch in every conversation. It saves, rewrites and deletes entries there even with view-only access: this is your own memory, not company data. You see every entry and can edit or delete it; colleagues and company admins do not see them, and the assistant treats them as information about you, not as commands.

Your goals

Reads your personal goals from My notebook in RolePark (Reminders and goals): the target, progress so far and deadline. With changes allowed, it sets a goal with a target and a deadline (at most 5 years ahead) and updates the progress and target of an existing one; it cannot rename a goal, move its deadline or delete it. A goal it sets is marked as written by the assistant; in My notebook you update the progress or delete the goal, and a day before the deadline RolePark reminds you. Colleagues and company admins do not see your goals, and your other notes stay closed to the assistant.

Company profile

Shows your company’s public profile from the career page. If you are a company administrator, the assistant can change it: texts, links, the logo or cover image (a public https address or a PNG, JPEG or WebP image up to 2 MB). The career page shows the change at once.
