Connect Work.ua to RolePark

What you need

• An employer account on Work.ua with publication packages.
• A company admin account in RolePark. Only a company admin connects Work.ua; recruiters then publish vacancies.

Where to get the login details

• Work.ua connects with the e-mail and password of a user of your Work.ua employer account: the same ones this user signs in to Work.ua with. Work.ua has no separate key for this.
• We recommend adding a separate user for RolePark in your Work.ua employer account. Then a change of someone’s personal password does not stop publishing, and you can always see which vacancies came from RolePark.
• Work.ua creates vacancies on behalf of this user, so give it access to the packages your company publishes with.

Connect Work.ua in RolePark

1. In RolePark open Settings → Job boards → Work.ua. Only a company admin sees this card.
2. Enter the e-mail and password and click connect. RolePark checks them with Work.ua right away and shows the result on the card.
3. After that the card shows only the first characters of the login, the status and a log of every action with Work.ua.

What RolePark does and does not do

• RolePark never publishes on Work.ua by itself. A vacancy goes there only when you tick Work.ua in the publish dialog or click publish in the Work.ua panel of the vacancy.
• Every publication uses 1 publication from your Work.ua package. RolePark says so on the button before you click and shows how many publications are left.
• When you close the vacancy in RolePark, RolePark removes it from Work.ua. After a pause it is published again only by your click, which also uses 1 publication.
• Your career page never waits for Work.ua: the vacancy is published there even if Work.ua is not connected or refuses the vacancy.

Where applications appear

• RolePark checks Work.ua for new applications every 15 minutes.
• They appear in the vacancy’s “Inbox” tab marked with Work.ua as the source. Accept or decline them as usual.

Security

• The e-mail and password are stored encrypted. RolePark never shows the password back, not to you and not to other users.
• Only company admins can connect, replace or disconnect Work.ua. Recruiters only publish vacancies.

How to disconnect

• Open Settings → Job boards → Work.ua and click disconnect. RolePark stops sending vacancies to Work.ua and stops collecting applications from it.
• Vacancies that are already on Work.ua are managed in your Work.ua employer account.
• Changing the password on Work.ua also stops the connection: enter the new password in RolePark to restore it.
