Connect robota.ua to RolePark

Connecting robota.ua to RolePark is coming soon: we are waiting for API access from robota.ua. This page explains how it will work: RolePark will publish your vacancies on robota.ua when you ask it to and bring applications back into RolePark.

The robota.ua connection is being prepared: we are waiting for API access from robota.ua. The card will appear in RolePark settings when it becomes available.

What you need

  • An employer account on robota.ua with publication packages.
  • A company admin account in RolePark. Only a company admin connects robota.ua; recruiters then publish vacancies.
  • A company description in RolePark (the “Company” section): robota.ua shows it in every vacancy, so RolePark does not publish there without it.

Where to get the login details

  • robota.ua connects with the e-mail and password you use to sign in to your robota.ua employer account.
  • If robota.ua has given your company an API key, you can enter the key instead of the password.

Connect robota.ua in RolePark

  1. In RolePark open Settings → Job boards → robota.ua. Only a company admin sees this card.
  2. Enter the e-mail and password and click connect. RolePark checks them with robota.ua right away and shows the result on the card.
  3. After that the card shows only the first characters of the login, the status and a log of every action with robota.ua.

What RolePark does and does not do

  • RolePark never publishes on robota.ua by itself. A vacancy goes there only when you tick robota.ua in the publish dialog or click publish in the robota.ua panel of the vacancy.
  • Every publication uses 1 publication from your robota.ua package. RolePark says so on the button before you click and shows how many publications are left.
  • When you close the vacancy in RolePark, RolePark removes it from robota.ua. After a pause it is published again only by your click, which also uses 1 publication.
  • Your career page never waits for robota.ua: the vacancy is published there even if robota.ua is not connected or refuses the vacancy.

Where applications appear

  • RolePark checks robota.ua for new applications every 15 minutes.
  • They appear in the vacancy’s “Inbox” tab marked with robota.ua as the source. Accept or decline them as usual.

Security

  • The e-mail and password are stored encrypted. RolePark never shows the password back, not to you and not to other users.
  • Only company admins can connect, replace or disconnect robota.ua. Recruiters only publish vacancies.

How to disconnect

  • Open Settings → Job boards → robota.ua and click disconnect. RolePark stops sending vacancies to robota.ua and stops collecting applications from it.
  • Vacancies that are already on robota.ua are managed in your robota.ua employer account.
  • Changing the password on robota.ua also stops the connection: enter the new password in RolePark to restore it.
