About the role
We are looking for a lawyer to own international commercial contracts and legal support for partnership and product projects — from clarifying the brief and the commercial model to signing and performance.
Important: for this role we consider only candidates based in Albania.
What you will do:
- Draft and maintain partnership, agency, referral, integration, marketing and contractor agreements.
- Review, amend and negotiate English-language agreements governed by foreign law through to signing.
- Support new products, monetisation models and partner programmes, including user agreements and terms of use.
- Assess partners' regulatory status and document the legal position.
- Maintain the sanctions screening process and advise Marketing on advertising and public materials.
- Engage and manage external advisers; keep contract templates, registers and the approval process up to date.
What we offer:

- Salary range 2,500–3,500 USD per month, depending on experience.
